Note : Requests for oral presentations submitted after July 6 will be considered only if slots are available and may be reassigned as poster presentations.

*** Conference Dinner is limited to the first 50 registrants.
**** CNPEM Visit Registration includes transfer from Ribeirão Preto to CNPEM, coffee break and lunch, and transfer to Guarulhos (GRU) or Viracopos (VCP) airports. Participation is limited to the first 40 registrants.
CANCELLATION POLICY
- Cancellations received by August 31, 2026 will be eligible for a 60% refund. Requests must be submitted through the conference website. Refunds will be processed within 60 days after the event.
- After August 31, 2026, no refunds will be issued. However, registrations may be transferred to another participant.
